Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.P. for respondent Nos. 5 and 6. None for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 and for Legal Representatives of Respondent No.1.

After going through the application, as sufficient explanation has been offered by the applicant for condonation of 65 days' delay caused in moving the application for bringing Legal Representatives of Respondent No.1 on record and for setting aside abatement, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned.
