Mr. S.P. Bhandarkar, learned counsel for petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to record page No. 75 which shows that the re-measurement and re-imposition of penalty is under consideration and yet no final order is passed in that regard.

On last date, the time was granted to the learned Addl.GP to take instruction within how much period the final order would be passed. On receiving the instruction on 4.9.2023, learned Addl.GP Mr. D.P. Thakare makes a statement that within two months Belkhede
