As per the office note, the appeal is placed for the appropriate orders on Civil Application No.1059 of 2019 and to supply correct address of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

The learned Advocate Mr. K. S. Motwani, already appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2. The objections regarding the correct address doesn't survive. 3.

By this application, appellant is seeking stay to the effect, operation and implementation of order dated 13.8.2018 passed by Chairman Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara.

The learned Advocate for the appellant submitted that the amount of compensation is already deposited of Rs.30,35,227/- and he submitted that

(2) 53.caf.1059.2019 though he filed the Pursis to that effect, the said Pursis is not on record along with the appeal. He produced the copy of the said Pursis which shows that the amount is deposited.

In view of the above fact that amount is already deposited, the effect, operation and implementation of the order dated 13.8.2018 passed by the Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Bhandara in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.51 of 2016 is stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. 6.

Civil Application No.1059 of 2019 is disposed of.
