DATED : 17/01/2024 The learned Counsel for petitioner submits that the application for provisional release of the imported goods, filed by him under Section 110(A) of the Customs Act, has not been decided which is required to be so done, within reasonable period of time.

Mr Bhattad, learned Counsel for respondents, upon instructions, makes a statement that the said application shall be decided by 31.01.2024 accepting this statement as the statement to the Court, the petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No.1 to decide the application for provisional release by 31.01.2024.
