Present application is preferred for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Crime No.362/2024 registered with Police Station, Janefal, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 115, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the applicants approached this Court for grant of pre-arrest bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants, perused the investigation papers, from which it reveals that as far as the applicant No. 1 is concerned, against whom the allegations are that he has assaulted the thigh of the injured by means of Gupti and the injured has sustained grievous injuries. As far as applicant No. 2 is concerned, there is no specific allegations against him. Considering the same, the applicant No. 2 has made out a case for grant of anticipatory bail. As far as the applicant No. 1 is concerned, considering the role attributed to him, his rkn
42aba30.2025.odt application deserves to be rejected. In view of that, I proceed to pass following order:
ORDER
a] The criminal application is partly allowed. b] In the event of arrest, the applicant No.2 Pramod @ Parmeshwar Gyanba Pawar shall be released on anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.362/2024 registered with Police Station, Janefal, District Buldhana for the offences punishable under Sections 118(1), 115, 351(2) and 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, on executing PR Bond of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount.
c] The applicant No.2 shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required for the investigation purpose and shall cooperate with the investigating agency.
d] The applicant No.2 shall not induce, threat or promise any witnesses who are acquainted with the facts of the case.
e] The prayer of the applicant No.1 for grant of anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.

The criminal application is disposed of.
