The petition challenges the order dated 8.8.2016, passed by the First Ad-hoc District Judge, Bhandara, below Exh.5, in Regular Civil Appeal No. 56/2016.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that R.C.A. No. 56/2016 itself has been allowed on 24.2.2021. To substantiate this contention, the Status Report from the eCourts Services website has been tendered across the Bar, which indicates the R.C.A. No. 56/2016 being disposed of on 24.2.2021.

Since, the order below Exh.5, dated 8.8.2016 was an interim order passed in R.C.A. No. 56/2016, the same would not survive consequent to the final decision in the Appeal, considering which, though Mr. Motwani learned counsel for the petitioner is absent, however, in
