DATED : 24 MARCH, 2015 Heard Shri Parsodkar, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Smt. Dangre, learned Counsel for respondent No.2 and Shri Rathi, learned Counsel for respondent No.1. Prayer in petition is to expedite consideration of caste claim and to release regular increments, in the meanwhile.

Smt. Dangre, upon instructions, states that the caste claim is already invalidated on 23/01/2015 and copy of the order is forwarded to the petitioner.

In view of this, the petitioner will have to challenge the order dated 23/01/2015.

In the circumstances, with liberty to the petitioner to challenge that order, we dispose of this petition, keeping all rival contentions open. No costs.
