1] Shri Ashirgade, learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that instructions are still awaited. 2] Advocate Sheikh for petitioner submits that the contentions on facts are under verification and hence petition can be disposed of in terms of order dated 13.12.2017 in Writ Petition No.5903/2017 and 5904/2017. 3] Following the orders dated 13.12.2017 supra, we direct employer of petitioner to submit salary bills by necessary stepping up salary of petitioner after verification of necessary records. This exercise shall be completed within six weeks from today. After the salary bills are received by respondent no.2, respondent no.2 shall independently verify records and correctness of claim as also calculations. This exercise shall be completed within further period of eight weeks.
