By this application, respondent Nos.1 and 2, original claimants in Claim Petition No.635/2013, seek leave to withdraw amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company. 4.

The appeal has been disposed of. Learned counsel for the appellant has no objection for withdrawal of the amount of compensation.

Hence, for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

6.

The amount of compensation deposited by the Insurance Company, along with interest accrued thereon, be paid to original claimants in equal proportion.
