The petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent Nos.3 and 4 by private mode in addition to regular mode of service and shall file an affidavit to that effect and also remove office objections, if any, by next date, failing which the petitioner shall deposit Rupees Five Hundred towards costs, with High Court Legal Services Sub-Committee, Nagpur.

The civil application is disposed of.
