The learned Counsel appearing for the applicantappellant submits that the appellant has deposited an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards statutory deposit and the balance amount of Rs.17,164/- has also been deposited in terms of the interim order dated 12/04/2012 passed by this Court.

Since there is no grievance by any other party, the application is allowed. The interim order passed by this Court shall continue to operate pending the decision of appeal. The civil application stands disposed of.
