By this application, appellants are seeking stay to the effect, operation, implementation and execution of the impugned judgment and award passed by the learned 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in Land Acquisition Case No. 949/2012 decided on 19/12/2019. 3.

Mr A.J. Gohorkar, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that he has already deposited the entire amount of compensation along with accrued interest.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, execution, effect, operation and implementation of the impugned judgment in LAC No. 949/2012 be stayed, till final disposal of the appeal. Civil Application (CAF) No. 371/2021 is disposed of. rkn
