O R D E R

(Passed on 13th August, 2022) Shri Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner/Insurance Company and Shri Jagjitsingh s/o Kartar Singh Bamrah/respondent No.1 (In-person) and on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3, is present before the Panel. On interaction, both the parties have confirmed that the matter has been amicably settled and thereby, the petitioner/Insurance Company has agreed to pay Rs.17,50,000/- as full and final settlement, including the amount already paid to the respondents. The insurance Company has agreed to deposit the amount within 45 days from today, in this Court. The settlement arrived at between the parties is on the following terms:

"The present petition has been amicably compromised in between the Insurance company and original claimants for a total compensation amount of Rs.17,50,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) inclusive of NFL, Cost, Interest etc. ..." Accordingly, the petitioner does not want to proceed further. In view of that, settlement is accepted. The appeal is disposed of as settled. Court fees, if any, be refunded as per Rules. On deposit of amount of compensation as per the settlement by the Insurance Company, the respondents are permitted to withdraw the same.
