Vide the impugned order, the learned Tribunal has only directed the petitioners to reconsider the matter in the light of the observations made therein. In that view of the matter, we do not find that this is a fit case wherein this Court should interfere in the extra ordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. Rejected.
