Though served, no reply has been filed by the respondents. This is an application for condonation of delay in preferring the First Appeal. According to the applicants, due to financial difficulties, it was not possible to prefer the appeal earlier by engaging an Advocate. The amount which was withdrawn by the claimants was spent in paying the loan and towards maintenance of the children and therefore, delay has occurred. Considering the reasons stated and the nature of dispute, in the larger interest of justice, I am inclined to condone delay. Hence, delay is condoned. The application is allowed.
