Perused the application and the Judgment of this Court dated 12th December, 2019 passed in First Appeal No. 17 of 2011 with First Appeal No. 386 of 2012. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in paragraph Nos. 15, 16 and 18 of the aforesaid Judgment by inadvertent mistake instead of Rs. 200/- per sq.ft. it is written as Rs. 200/- per sq. meter.

The paragraph Nos. 15, 16 and 18 of the said order is corrected to read as Rs. 200/- per sq. ft. in place of Rs. 200/- per sq. meter.

The civil application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
