DATED : 12-03-2025 The petitioner has sent a fresh proposal dated 21.8.2024, which is taken on record, which was consequent to the earlier rejection dtd.8.8.2024 which was on the ground that the petitioner did not have fixed deposit of 15 lakhs. It is submitted that the said arrangement is made and the material to that effect has been annexed to the proposal dtd. 21.8.24. The only request is for this proposal dated 21.8.2024 to be decided in terms of the policy as may be applicable. The learned AGP does not have any objection for the same, considering which, the petition is disposed off, by directing to respondent No. 1, to decide the proposal dated 21.8.2024 in terms of the policy as is applicable in the matter.
