The State of Maharashtra has filed this present application challenging order, passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Nagpur, dated 25.9.2013, in Sessions Trial No.377 of 2013, thereby releasing the non-applicants on bail.

Perusal of the order sheet shows that on 7.11.2014 a statement was made on behalf of the non-applicants on instructions that the charges were framed against the non-applicants accused. Learned APP was directed to verify the same.

Today, learned APP, on instructions received from the Sakkardara Police Station, .....2/-

appln4.14 Nagpur, submits that the trial is scheduled to be commenced on 24.3.2015.

In view of these facts, I am of the opinion that no orders are required to be passed as the trial itself would be commenced as instructed to learned APP.

The application is disposed of in above referred facts.
