The impugned order is challenged herein has now lost its efficacy as the relevant period mentioned therein is over. In this background, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to make an application for emergency parole, the purpose of the same having not been over as yet, to the respondent.

Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted and it is directed that if any such application is made to the respondent within three days from the date of the
