Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and video quality was proper.

This is an application for extension of time to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court. 3.

The applicant is in jail as he has not deposited the amount as directed by this Court. Hence, he was facing prosecution under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881. He was held guilty and directed to deposit Rs.50,000/- in this Court. Now he is ready to deposit the amount.

The applicant is allowed to deposit an amount of Rs.50,000/- in this Court within a week.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
