The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions of the petitioners, who are present in Court, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 2.

Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.

In view of the notice issued by the respondent-Planning Authority dated 28-8-2018, the petitioners are at liberty to apply for regularization of the plot in question so also the structure thereon under the provisions of the Gunthewari Act.

If the application to that effect is made within a period of one week from today, we expect the respondents to take decision on the same expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from reporting compliance of all the shortfalls by the petitioners.
