"The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to surrender at the Kalamna Police Station within next 72 hours and the application may be disposed of, as not pressed. 2.

In any event, I was not inclined to consider the application favourably. Ordinarily, I do not permit withdrawal of the applications after the mind of the Court is disclosed. However, since a solemn undertaking that the applicant shall surrender within the next 72 hours is given, I am disposing of the application, as not pressed/withdrawn."

The applicant did not surrender as undertaken and the present application is filed seeking four weeks time to surrender. I do not see any reason for extending the time.
