Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, made a motion for withdrawal of the petition.

Our attention is invited to the Revisions preferred by the petitioners as reflected in the prayer clause, which reads thus: "(I) Direct the resp.no.1 to decide both the revisions filed on 1.1.2024 Annexure-C and 8.1.2024 Annexure-G filed u/s 154 of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act 1960 in a time bound manner, with kind consideration and in the interest of justice and fair play".

It is further claimed that stay application moved by the petitioners are not yet decided.

As such, we direct respondents-State Government to decide the prayer for stay expeditiously and in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The hearing of the Revisions preferred under Sections 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is expedited. 7.
