DATED : 03-12-2019 Heard. Considering the nature of the relief claimed in the petition, we do not think it appropriate to issue any notice to the respondent. The relief claimed is that Nagar Panchayat, Mohadi be directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11-7-2016 seeking his appointment on compassionate ground. 2.

Accordingly, we direct respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11-7-2016 and decide it in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order, if the same has still not been decided. If there is any previous representation pending with the respondent, same may also be considered and decided in accordance with law alongwith the representation dated 11-7-2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order.
