We record the statement made by Mr. Kale, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent 1Municipal Council, Deulgaonraja that the order/show cause notice dated 26/12/2022 directing the petitioner to hand over the charge of the post of Headmaster to respondent 4, shall be withdrawn in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 16/12/2022.

02] Needless to observe that with the withdrawal of the communication dated 26/12/2022, the petitioner shall be entitled to hold the charge of the post of Headmaster. 03] The application is disposed of.

Writ Petition 8115 of 2022 :

At the request of the learned Counsel for respondent 1-Municipal Council, two weeks' time is granted, as a last chance, since some sense of urgency is displayed by
