The learned Advocate for the applicants and non-applicant Nos.1 and 2 submit that the compromise pursis dated 4th October, 2016 signed by the applicants and non-applicants 1 and 2 is filed before the learned Mediator and the terms of compromise stated in the compromise pusis dated 4th October, 2016 are accepted by them.

Seen the pursis dated 4th October, 2016 and the Mediation report dated 7th October, 2016. In view of the amicable settlement, the grievance made in this civil revision application does not survive. The civil revision application is disposed accordingly. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
