Heard Shri Bhise, learned counsel for the applicants and Shri Damle, learned APP for the respondent/State.

The offence punishable under sections 353, 307, 143, 147, 294 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code are registered against the applicants. The applicant in jail since 25.12.2018. Investigation appears to be completed. The further detention is not required. Hence, the following order.

The application is allowed.

They be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25000/- each with one surety in like amount on following conditions.

They shall attend Police Station Telhara once in a week till the filing of the charge-sheet.

They shall not tamper the evidence of

They shall not leave the jurisdiction of trial Court without prior permission.

They shall attend the trial Court on each and every date.

Breach of any above conditions will amounts to cancellation of bail.
