The learned Advocate for the petitioner has submitted that in October, 2016 the area of Gram Panchayat Wanadongri, Tahsil Hingna, District Nagpur is included in the area of Nagar Parishad and an Administrator is appointed to manage the affairs of the Nagar Parishad. It is submitted that because of the above development, the office bearers of Gram Panchayat, Wanadongri do not continue and the office has become defunct and non-existent. The learned Advocate for the respondent No.4 does not dispute this fact. The learned A.G.P. has shown his unawareness about the subsequent development as according to him he is not given any instructions by the concerned Authority.

Accepting the statement made on behalf of

2 wp352.16 the petitioner which is not controverted by the respondents and in view of the subsequent events, the petition has become infructuous. It is disposed accordingly. No costs.

It is clarified that the order disqualifying the petitioner which is challenged in this petition shall not have any adverse effect on the petitioner.
