The proposed amendment is objected to by the learned Assistant Government Pleader on the ground that the events sought to be relied upon are not relevant for deciding the prayers made in the Writ Petition. The amendment is granted. The same be carried out within a period of one week from today.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
