Civil Application (CAW) No.362 of 2020, Civil Application (CAW) No.363 of 2 0 20, Civil Application (CAW) No.364 of 2020 and C ivil Application (CAW) No.

Civil Application (CAW) No.362 of 2020 has been filed for bringing the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.2(iii) and respondent No.4 on record, Civil Application (CAW) No.363 of 2020 is for condonation of delay and Civil Application (CAW) No.364 of 2020 is for setting aside abatement. Civil Application (CAW) No.769 of 2021 seeks to bring the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1 on record. Considering the reasons given, all the four applications are allowed.

(2) 25.wp.6035.2018 The legal heirs of deceased respondent No.1, respondent No.2 (iii) as well as respondent No.4 be brought on record.

The necessary amendment be carried out today itself. On the same being done, issue notice to the added respondents, returnable in two weeks.

The civil applications stand disposed of.
