The present appeal is filed challenging the judgment and order dated 15.03.2024 passed by the learned District Judge-1, Wardha, in Regular Civil Appeal No.182 of 2016. The said judgment and order is also subject matter of challenge in Appeal Against Order No.21 of 2024. The appellants in both these appeals are aggrieved by the order of remand passed by the learned First Appellate Court. Appeal Against Order No.21 of 2024 is yet to be admitted. There is a delay in filing Appeal Against Order St. No. 1153 of 2025, for which application for condonation of delay is filed.

Leave is granted to convert Appeal Against Order St. No.1153 of 2025 into Cross-objection in Appeal Against Order No.21 of 2024.

Office is directed to register Appeal Against Order St. No.1153/2025 as Cross-objection in Appeal Against Order No.21 of 2024.

Since Appeal Against Order No.21 of 2024 is yet to be admitted, the cross-objection will, obviously be within limitation. List the Appeal Against Order No.21 of 2024 alongwith Cross-objection to be registered for further consideration on 04.12.2025.
