Heard Shri S.G. Karmarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. A.R. Kulkarni, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 & 4.

The petitioner is not in a position to point out whether after termination of the petitioner and till this date, any other person has been appointed on contract basis to discharge same work.

This Court has already asked the respondents to look into the representation of the petitioner. 4.

We grant the petitioner leave to approach again, if anybody is appointed on contract basis to look after that work.

With that liberty, we dispose of the present writ petition. No order as to costs.
