The petitioner by this petition states that he is willing to participate in e-tendering process whereby bids have been invited from the interested parties for providing and fixing furniture of the specifications stated in the tender notice. The petitioner has objection to these specifications of the furniture stated in the tender notice. The case of the petitioner is therefore, that these specifications are arbitrary and would reflect upon the quality of the bids that the petitioner may submit.

These contentions, in our considered view now have become infructuous, as the last date of submission of bids was admittedly 24th January, 2022, which is already over. The petition is, therefore, not maintainable and is dismissed accordingly. No costs.
