Perused the application. It appears that delay is of 2347 days in filing the appeal. Though, the delay is inordinate one, this Court has condoned the delay in First Appeal Nos. 1180/2018 and 1308/2018. On the ground of parity, the delay in filing the appeal in the present case also can be condoned. For the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. The civil application is allowed. CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 222/2018 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Perused the application. For the reasons stated in the application, the appellant could be permitted to prefer the appeal. Hence, the civil application is allowed.
