Dr. R.S. Sundaram, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos.2 and 3, makes a statement that on 23rd May, 2019 final order has been passed against the petitioner. This was done in view of the directions given by this Court on 25th April, 2019 and 29th April, 2019.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said orders, he is at liberty to file the separate petition. The present petition does not survive, the same stands disposed of. The claim for amendment of the petition is rejected.
