29th April, 2016 Heard the learned counsels appearing for the parties.

The enhancement from Rs.54,000/- per hectare is to Rs.3,00,000/- per hectare. The reliance is placed upon the sale-deed, which can be relied upon for the enhancement upto Rs. 1,94,000/- per hectare. In view of this fact, the claimant shall be entitled to withdraw fifty per cent of the amount deposited upon furnishing a usual undertaking and the balance fifty per cent, upon

furnishing a solvent security, both, to the satisfaction of the Registrar [Judicial] of this Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
