Learned counsel for the applicants invited my attention to paragraph 4 of the application in which it is stated that the applicant-V.I.D.C. has already deposited the entire decreetal amount before the reference Court. In view of the said, issue notice on this application, returnable on 26.11.2018.
In the meanwhile, there shall be ad interim stay to the impugned judgment and award passed by learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Wardha in Land Acquisition Case No.66/2003.
