The petitioners have challenged the order passed by the State Government dismissing the revision application filed under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code and maintaining the order passed by the Deputy Director of Land Records in the matter of mutation entries. It is undisputed that Special Civil Suit No. 598/2011 and Regular Civil Suit No.371/2011 are pending before the Civil Court between the same parties and in respect of the same property. The Hon'ble Minister has recorded that the rights of the parties would be finally adjudicated by the Civil Court.

In these facts, I see no reason to interfere with the impugned order. The writ petition is dismissed. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs. JUDGE RRaut..
