CIVIL APPLICATION (CAF) NO. 366 OF 2021 Learned Counsel for the Appellant states that the principle amount has been deposited before the Reference Court. He seeks eight weeks time to deposit the balance amount before this Court. Time granted as prayed. 2.

The execution and implementation of the impugned judgment and award is stayed till the next date of hearing subject to deposit of the amount within eight weeks. It is made clear that in the event, the amount is not deposited within eight weeks, the ad-interim relief shall stand vacated without further reference to this Court. 3.
