Shri Kshirsagar, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner no.30 is not desirous of prosecuting the writ petition, as he is being absorbed in some other Zilla Parishad.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the prayer for deletion of the petitioner no.30 from the array of petitioners is granted.

Necessary amendment should be carried out forthwith.
