DATE : APRIL 29 , 2015.
Heard.
The only prayer made by the petitioners is a direction to the respondent no.6-Grievance Committee to decide the complaint filed by the petitioners under Section 57 of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994, in the year 2013. It is stated that the complaint is not decided for nearly two years. Since the prayer made by the petitioners is innocuous, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.6 to decide the complaint filed by the petitioners as early as possible and positively within a period of four months. It is needless to mention that the issues raised in the petition are kept open.
Order accordingly. No costs.
