The learned counsel for the respondent 4 submits that in paragraph 4 of the judgment dated 06.01.2022 it is mentioned that respondent 4 society sought amendment to its by-laws to include Pimpalner Tank within its area of operation. The learned counsel for respondent 4 submits, that it may be clarified that according to the respondent 4 society, it is already registered as regards the Pimpalner Tank, and all that was sought was amendment to the by-laws.

It is submitted that copy of this application is duly served on the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5.
The following sentence be added to paragraph 5 of the order.
"According to respondent 4 society it is already registered as regards the Pipalner Tank as far back as in 1982".
