th JUNE , 2023 The present application is filed for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal. There is delay of 297 days. 2.

The reasons given for delay are that the applicant is rustic villager and was not aware about legal provisions. Moreover, due to Covid-19 pandemic, he was unable to approach to his counsel. As such, delay of 297 days is caused. There is no deliberate or intentional delay.

The respondent though opposed the application, I am satisfied that the delay is also covered by the order of Hon'ble Apex Court in Suo Motu Writ Petition (C) No. 3/2020. As such, application is allowed. Delay of 297 days in filing First Appeal is hereby condoned.
