DATE : 29/09/2021 Heard Ms. Aarti Singh, learned counsel for the applicant. The applicant seeks intervention in the present petition not on the ground that he has something to say regarding the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education dated 14.1.2016 whereby the approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 as in-charge Headmistress has been set aside, but the intention is to air the grievances regarding the internal dispute about the Management. The present petition is obviously not a forum for that purpose and it is open for the applicant, to approach the Office of the Charity Commissioner to ventilate his grievance. I, therefore, do not see any reason to permit the applicant to intervene on the above ground.
