Heard Shri S.M. Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri N.B. Jawade, learned AGP for respondent No. 1 and Shri D.M. Kale, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 3 & 4 in Writ Petition No. 1715 of 2017. 3.

Shri Kale, learned counsel, upon instructions, states that service books of Bhagwan Baliram Thorat and Santosh Tanaji Jadhav have already been reconstructed. 4.

Shri Vaishnav, learned counsel for the petitioner is seeking time to verify the facts. He has invited our attention to the orders dated 10.11.2017 disposing of the similar matters.

Hence, if service book is not already reconstructed, with similar observations and directions as contained in our order dated 10.11.2017, we dispose of the present writ petitions.
