DATED : FEBRUARY 10, 2021 Heard Mr. Mehta, learned counsel for applicant and Mr. Bhangde, learned counsel for non applicant. This application under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 is filed for appointment of Arbitrator. At the outset, learned counsel for non applicant submits that the non applicant has no objection for appointment of Arbitrator. Both the learned counsel suggest that Mr. Anjan De, Advocate, who is on the Panel of Arbitrators duly maintained by this Court, be appointed as an Arbitrator. In view of above, Mr. Anjan De, Advocate is appointed as an Arbitrator. Registrar (Judicial) shall give intimation to Mr. De and shall obtain his consent in the prescribed proforma.
