At this stage, Shri Kalar, learned counsel for the Insurance Company seeks leave to amend the prayer clause. According to him, he has wrongly mentioned Rs.8,00,000/- instead of Rs.4,90,893/-. 2.

Leave is granted.

Amendment be carried out forthwith in prayer clause.

By the present application, Insurance Company praying for depositing the enhanced compensation amount in this Court.

The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Chandrapur vide its award dated 14th November, 2007 determined the total amount of compensation

902-ca-433-20 to the tune of Rs.2,29,213/- alongwith interest. 6.

By the present application Insurance Company seeking permission to deposit the balance amount of Rs.4,90,893/- as directed by the Tribunal. 7.

The permission is granted to deposit the amount of Rs.4,90,893/- in this Court within a period of two weeks.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
