The applicants have sought to condone the delay of 1954 days in filing the appeal against the judgment and award dated 15/06/2015 passed by the Railway Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in Claim Application No.OA (Iiu)/NGP/2012/0059.

Learned Counsel for the respondent opposes the application on the ground that sufficient cause is not made out. The applicants have stated that they have not been able to file the appeal due to financial constraints. Considering the explanation given in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient ground, the delay is condoned.

The civil application stands disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objections, if any.
