DATED : JANUARY 31, 2018 Learned A.P.P. for the State, at the outset, submits that during the pendency of the present application, the investigating officer has filed the charge-sheet before the Court of law.

In view of this statement, Mr. Patwardhan, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks leave to withdraw the present application. He submits that liberty may be granted to file an application for grant of bail afresh before the trial Court in view of the subsequent filing of the chargesheet. In view of above, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

It is made clear that this Court has not heard the matter on its own merits.
