CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 430 OF 2020 Learned counsel for the appellant prayed for stay to the impugned judgment and order of the Tribunal. He submitted that the appellant is a teacher and for no fault of his, the Tribunal has saddled him with the compensation granted in favour of the claimant.

The application is opposed by the learned Counsel for the respondent.

I have perused the impugned judgment and order.

2 25 fa 23.2022 I am not inclined to accept the prayer of the appellant for granting blanket stay to the impugned judgment and order of the Tribunal.

Subject to the deposit of the entire decreetal amount in this Court within a period of twelve weeks from today, the impugned judgment and order of the Tribunal shall remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal. 5.

Civil Application is disposed of.
